eyetees wish to help in any way possible, please get in touch if you have any questions I've not covered here.

 

Can I track my shipment?

Yes if you have chosen a shipping method with tracking in the shopping cart. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the package is shipped. You can track your package by using the appropriate tracking website.

I made a mistake in my order! How can I fix it?

If you make a mistake in ordering please contact eyetees as soon as possible, I may just catch it in the nick of time before posting. However, fear not if we miss each other, I do offer returns (you pay the postage back to me & I'll pay to post out to you) and will be happy to make any change for you.

How will the goods be packaged?

eyetees t-shirts are packaged in secure bio-degradable bags.

How long will it take to receive my order?

eyetees t-shirts will usually ship within 5-10 working days. Infinity Photography/eyetees will keep you informed of expected dispatch and delivery dates as well as any delays in shipping.

I haven't received my order yet!

I apologize for the delay! If it's been more than 2 weeks since you placed your domestic order, or 3 weeks since you placed your International order, contact Customer Service (Infinity Photography). Please consult your tracking data (if recorded delivery chosen) before contacting eyetees.

Why was my order charged a customs fee when it was delivered?

International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees. Unfortunately this is a necessary evil of ordering from overseas. Please do not ask me to ship your package as a gift. I can't do that!

Why do the prices vary for different designs?

Some designs are more complex, use multiple screens & colours, thus increasing production and unit costs.

I'm poor! Can I get a discount?

Well sign up for my newsletter, it'll have future releases and t-shirt discounts. Or, heck, just email me. If you've got an interesting story or some pics of you sporting eyetees tshirts for all the world to see, I'll probably be inclined to set up a t-shirt discount coupon just for you.

Any special washing instructions?

Designs will last the longest if shirts are machine-washed inside-out in cold water. Be sure to wash dark colours separately, and don't iron the design or have the shirt dry cleaned! Also, hang-drying the shirts is preferable, but not really necessary.

How secure is this store?

You buy t-shirt designs via my Infinity Photography website which automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to Infinity Photography using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
